California Democrats Push Communist Holiday Over President’s Day Democrat Assemblyman Miguel Santiago, D-Los Angeles, authored AB-3042 to combine the birthdays of U.S. Presidents George Washington and Abraham Lincoln into one “President’s Day” while designating May 1 for International Workers’ Day celebrations, a Communist holiday. The bill has passed two Assembly committees, and actually made it to the Assembly floor for a vote last week, but came up short. However 22 Democrats voted in favor of the bill’s passage, while 29 Assembly members abstained with “No Vote Recorded,” and did not even have the guts to make a vote.
Mueller may have a conflict — and it leads directly to a Russian oligarch In 2009, when Mueller ran the FBI, the bureau asked Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska to spend millions of his own dollars funding an FBI-supervised operation to rescue a retired FBI agent, Robert Levinson, captured in Iran while working for the CIA in 2007. Yes, that’s the same Deripaska who has surfaced in Mueller’s current investigation and who was recently sanctioned by the Trump administration.

Stormy Daniels Accused of Covering up Sexual Assault Tasha Reign, the star of an adult film directed by Stormy Daniels late last year, is accusing Daniels of covering up for a crew-member after the actress reported an on-set sexual assault.
NO SHOW: Every Democrat DITCHED Jerusalem Embassy Opening Four GOP Senators traveled to the Middle East this week to take part in the opening ceremony of the recently relocated US embassy in Jerusalem; raising new questions over why zero Democrats attended the highly-anticipated event.
Facebook Faulted by Judge for ‘Troubling Theme’ in Privacy Case A judge scolded Facebook Inc. for misconstruing his own rulings as he ordered the company to face a high-stakes trial accusing it of violating user privacy. The social media giant has misinterpreted prior court orders by continuing to assert the “faulty proposition” that users can’t win their lawsuit under an Illinois biometric privacy law without proving an “actual injury,” U.S. District Judge James Donato said in a ruling Monday. Likewise, the company’s argument that it’s immune from having to pay a minimum of $1,000, and as much as $5,000, for each violation of the law is “not a sound proposition,” he said.
The Michael Avenatti Files: Court Documents Show Porn Star Lawyer Reported $8 Million Windfall in Feb. When he Took on Stormy As attorney Robert Barnes has discovered Michael Avenatti has a very disturbing and possibly criminal past. Avenatti is deeply in debt — Not just with his failed coffee company but with his law firm which failed to even file his law firm’s income tax returns for 2014, 2015, and 2016. On Thursday May 10th Michael Avenatti released a statement saying all fees and and expenses of his case with porn star Stormy Daniels “have either been funded by our client, Ms. Stephanie Clifford, or by donations from our crowdjustice.com page.
As attorney Robert Barnes reported earlier today in January 2018 Michael Avenatti got an unidentified source of income that allowed him to pay:
** $4.85 Million to his law firm employees he defrauded
** Close to $2 Million in back taxes for payroll taxes on his law firm
** Nearly another $1 million to other creditors
This occured at the same time he picked up a new client — Stormy Daniels.
